Created for the Edit This - February 2020 2 contest, but which artwork to select?
This blue expressive photo-painting was created by I've fusing together the Edit This contest river/ canal landscape photograph with my cyanotype photographs. The billowing clouds have been created by the organic patterns of the cyanotype photograph. I've given the landscape an inky blue finish, drawing on the blue color inherent in cyanotypes. The artwork has a watery filter effect to emphasize the waterside landscape.
